Beverly Connection is a mixed-use complex with a new condominium structure and a new Assisted Living structure surrounding an existing retail complex.
Saiful Bouquet provided structural engineering services for the new building as well as a new tunnel to enter the existing parking structure. The structural system is a Steel Moment Frame, PT slab on a concrete podium with 3-1/2 subterranean levels.
