Locust Street Senior Center / Housing – The Locust Street Senior Center is an 80,000 sq.ft. project which includes a Senior Center along with apartment style housing for seniors. The building includes 3 levels of subterranean parking, a single level senior center at grade level, administrative offices at the second floor and 5 floors of apartments. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete with post-tension floors above grade and reinforced two-way slabs from grade down. The seismic lateral force resisting system is reinforced concrete shear walls.
