Saiful Bouquet is providing structural engineering services for the new 112,210 sf, 194-key, 6-story AC Marriott hotel centrally located on the corner of East Colorado Boulevard and Madison Avenue in Pasadena, California.
The L-shaped hotel design is 5 levels of wood framing over podium and features reception, lounge, dining, retail, and front-of-house & back-of-house functions on the Ground Floor with guest rooms above. The building is capped with meeting pre-function rooms, fitness center, guest suite and open air terrace with full kitchen and bar.
