The Playa Vista Parking Structure is a new structure built as part of the Horizon at Playa Vista Office Campus and has the capacity to hold 1313 cars. The parking structure consists of a new 6-story cast-in-place PT parking structure including a podium level parking.
The structure was built in the same stringent guidelines and landscaping requirements set for the Playa Vista planned community. The open parking structure has been designed with green screens on all sides of the structure to provide a living green wall. The ground cover and lawn areas around the structure is planted and maintained to achieve complete coverage of landscaped areas.
