Saiful Bouquet is providing structural engineering design and construction phase services for the new MarchLife USA Development which consists of a new Acute Care Hospital, Ambulatory Destination Center, Medical Office Building and Wellness Center located at the March Air Force Base greenfield project site.
Project components include:
- Acute Care Hospital:125,453 gsf, 100-bed tower with imaging, interventional, and labor/delivery services
- Ambulatory Destination Center:116,864 gsf building consisting of Clinic modules, interventional services, observation & continuing care units, and urgent care
- Shared Services Pavilion: 36,032 gsf building providing Imaging, pharmacy, wellness center, therapy, lab and daycare services
- Riverside Medical Office Building: new 100,000 gsf medical office building
