Saiful Bouquet performed full structural design services for six new retail buildings ranging from one to three stories, and a mid-rise hotel at an existing 28 acre site. Total project budget was approximately $180 million.
The Village at Westfield Topanga is a dynamic mixed-use project designed to be a community destination and gathering place in the heart of the West Valley. The Village in Warner Center will link together the existing Topanga and Promenade malls, and the resulting complex is said to qualify as the biggest mall in California. With a 300 room, 4 star hotel and 550,000 square feet of shops and restaurants, The Village features outdoor open spaces alongside a blend of retail shops, restaurants and a boutique hotel. There will be 4,100 parking spaces. All uses will meet LEED Certification standards.
